Easy Broiled Fish
|Fish steaks/Skinless fillets||28 Ounce, about 3/4 inch thick (Firm-Textured, 4 Steaks, 5 To 7 Ounce Each)|
|Mayonnaise/Other mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Rinse steaks or fillets; pat dry with paper towels.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread 1 to 1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise over top of each steak or fillet.
Sprinkle 1-1/2 teaspoons cheese on top of each.
Place on broiling pan.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat, 5 to 8 minutes or until top is puffed and brown, and fish tests done.
