Sensational Fish

Ingredients
  Flounder fillets/Other mild white fish fillets 10 Ounce (2 Fillets, 5 Ounce Each)
  Tomato 1 Medium, sliced
  Scallions 2 , thinly sliced (Green Onions)
  Plain dried bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon
  Reduced calorie tub margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place fish in nonstick baking pan; divide remaining ingredients equally on top of each fillet. Bake until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, about 15 minutes.
