Fish Filets In Almonds And Wine

Ingredients
  Slivered almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Dill weed/Dill seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Halibut/Perch / sole fillets 1 Pound, thawed (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Lemon wedges 4
  Parsley sprigs 4
Directions

In a 2-quart shallow glass baking dish, combine almonds and butter.
Microwave, uncovered, 5 minutes on high, or until butter and almonds are golden brown.
Stir in lemon juice, wine, dill and salt.
Arrange fish in butter, with thickest sections facing outside.
Spoon sauce over fillets.
Microwave, covered, on high, with plastic wrap, 5 minutes on high, or until fish is no longer transparent.
Allow to stand 2 minutes, covered, before serving.
Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
