Kadhai Fish

This dish is for all the fish lovers. Specially, those who want spicy and tasty ones.
Ingredients
  Boneless fish 250 Gram
  Red chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Kasuri methi 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 Medium
  Zeera 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Inch
  Capsicum 1⁄2
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium
Directions

Heat oil and add ginger and cumin. Let cumin crackle.
Add onion and saute until transparent.
Add pepper, kasuri methi and red chili powder. MIx it and add tomatoes. Cover it.
Add the fish and stir it well. Cover it for 2-3 minutes.
Add green bell peppers and stir and cook for sometime.
The dish is ready.
