Fish Fillets Almondine
|Almonds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), slivered|
|Fish||1 1⁄2 Pound (6 serving size)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon||3 , cut in thin wedges|
Toast almonds in microwave.
In 10" glass skillet melt butter (high) 30 seconds.
Coat fillets in butter; arrange around outside of dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, toasted almonds, and paprika.
Microwave (high), covered, 6-8 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Rest, covered, 5 minutes.
