Mustard Marinade For Meat Or Fish
|Olive oil||300 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)|
|Dijon mustard||75 Milliliter (5 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped|
|Tarragon||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Tabasco sauce||2 Drop (Few Drops Required)|
Mix all ingredients together in small bowl.
Pour marinade over chosen meat or fish and refrigerate 30 minutes.
In preparation for cooking, drain marinade and reserve for basting.
This marinade is strong enough to use just as flavouring without marinating 30 minutes.
