Vegetable Topped Halibut Steaks
|Frozen halibut steaks||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Carrots||2 Medium, shredded|
|Sliced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried marjoram||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Tomato||1 Small, cut into wedges and seeded|
Place in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish; brush with a little lemon juice and sprinkle with the salt.
Toss together carrot, onion, parsley, and marjoram; spoon atop fish.
Top with tomato wedges.
Bake, covered, in a 350Â° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
With a slotted spatula, carefully lift the halibut steaks and the vegetables to serving platter.
