Fish In A Basket
|All purpose flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Whole pan dressed lake trout/Brook trout or perch||48 Ounce (about 12 ounces each)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
In a bowl combine flour, salt, and pepper.
Dip fish in seasoned flour, coating thoroughly.
Place the coated fish in a well-greased wire grill basket.
Grill fish over hot coals about 10 minutes.
Turn fish and baste with melted butter.
Grill till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 10 minutes more; baste often with butter.
