|Halibut steaks||2 , about 3/4 inch thick|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||5 1⁄3 Ounce (Half Of 10 3/4 Ounce Can)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon, divided|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Melted butter/Margarine||2 Teaspoon|
Wipe fish with a damp paper towel.
Cut each steak in 2 portions.
Place in a glass (8x8-inch) square baking dish.
Squeeze lemon over top of fish.
In a 2-cup measure beat together egg, soup, milk, and 1 tablespoon cheese.
Microwave, covered, for 1 minute on high.
Remove and stir well to melt cheese.
Pour soup mixture over steaks.
Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over top of fish.
Top with remaining 1 tablespoon cheese.
Microwave, covered, for 6 minutes on high, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
