Halibut Steaks

Ingredients
  Halibut steaks 2 , about 3/4 inch thick
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Condensed cream of celery soup 5 1⁄3 Ounce (Half Of 10 3/4 Ounce Can)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, divided
  Fine dry bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Melted butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Wipe fish with a damp paper towel.
Cut each steak in 2 portions.
Place in a glass (8x8-inch) square baking dish.
Squeeze lemon over top of fish.
Set aside.
In a 2-cup measure beat together egg, soup, milk, and 1 tablespoon cheese.
Microwave, covered, for 1 minute on high.
Remove and stir well to melt cheese.
Pour soup mixture over steaks.
Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over top of fish.
Top with remaining 1 tablespoon cheese.
Microwave, covered, for 6 minutes on high, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
