Herb Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Salmon steak 4 (3/4 Inch Thick)
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Chopped fresh mint 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped fresh chives 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped fresh parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1 Lemon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat oil in large frying pan.
Add fish and cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat.
Turn fish over, season and continue cooking 4 minutes.
Turn fish over again, season and cook another 7 minutes; turn fish once more during this time.
Transfer fish to heated serving platter.
Wipe frying pan clean with paper towel and add butter.
Add herbs and pepper; cook 1 minute over high heat.
Add lemon juice, stir and pour over fish.
