Salmon Steaks In Orange* Honey Marinade

Ingredients
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Catsup 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), sliced
  Salmon steaks 24 Ounce (4 In Number, 6 Ounce Each)
Directions

In shallow glass dish, combine all ingredients except salmon steaks.
Add salmon steaks, turning to coat with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Drain salmon; reserve marinade.
Grill salmon, on uncovered grill, over hot briquets 5 minutes.
Carefully turn salmon steaks, brush with marinade and grill 5 minutes longer or until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork.
