Dieter's Fish And Spinach

Ingredients
  Frozen sole fillets 8 Ounce, thawed (2 In Number, 4 Ounce Each)
  Lemon juice concentrate 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, cooked and well drained (1 Package)
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Processed cheese slices 2 , cut into small pieces (Any Flavor)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
Brush fillets with lemon juice; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Spread spinach over bottom of 8-inch shallow baking dish.
Pour milk over spinach; top with pieces, then fillets.
Cover; bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Refrigerate leftovers.
