Dieter's Fish And Spinach
|Frozen sole fillets||8 Ounce, thawed (2 In Number, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Lemon juice concentrate||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, cooked and well drained (1 Package)|
|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Processed cheese slices||2 , cut into small pieces (Any Flavor)|
Preheat oven to 400°.
Brush fillets with lemon juice; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Spread spinach over bottom of 8-inch shallow baking dish.
Pour milk over spinach; top with pieces, then fillets.
Cover; bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
Sprinkle with paprika.
