Grilled Fish Cakes

Ingredients
  Cooked halibut 425 Milliliter, boned and flaked (425 Milliliter)
  Mashed potatoes 625 Milliliter (Hot, 2 1/2 Cups)
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped cooked onions 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Soft butter 50 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Beaten egg 1
  Flour 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Peanut oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place fish, potatoes, parsley, onions, butter and beaten egg in food processor.
Season well and blend until well incorporated.
Shape mixture into small balls and flatten.
Dust lightly in flour.
Heat oil in large frying pan.
Add fish cakes without crowding and cook 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
Turn patties over once and adjust time depending on thickness.
