Fish fry.( pomfort).
|Soya sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Ginger garlic paste||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Red chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Salt||3⁄4 Teaspoon (adjust salt as per taste)|
|Egg||2 , beaten|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs) (for coating)|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)|
Clean fish with salt & flour.( This process remove the typical smell of fish).
Marinate the fish with all ingredients for 30 min.( Accept Bread crumbs).
Heat the oil in a deep pan and coat well fish with braed crumbs.
Put in preheated oil and fry till golden brown.
It becomes golden brown ready to serve , serve with salad.
