Fish Fry.( Pomfort).

Its a fry fish, specially for pomfort . Its taken as a starter with garlic sauce.
Ingredients
  Fish 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Soya sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger garlic paste 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon (adjust salt as per taste)
  Egg 2 , beaten
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for coating)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)
Directions

Clean fish with salt & flour.( This process remove the typical smell of fish).
Marinate the fish with all ingredients for 30 min.( Accept Bread crumbs).
Heat the oil in a deep pan and coat well fish with braed crumbs.
Put in preheated oil and fry till golden brown.
It becomes golden brown ready to serve , serve with salad.
