Tomato Anchovy Pizza

Ingredients
  Traditional pizza dough/1 pound frozen bread dough, defrosted 1 Pound, Defrosted
  Cornmeal 2 Tablespoon
  Canned flat anchovy fillets 2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped
  Marinara sauce 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Homemade Or Jarred)
  Chopped fresh oregano/2 teaspoons dried oregano 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mozzarella slices 10 Ounce (About 12 Thin Slices)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 500°. Divide pizza dough in half and roll into two 12-inch circles. Sprinkle each of two baking sheets with 1 tablespoon cornmeal. Place dough circles on cornmeal.
2. Pat anchovies dry. In a small bowl, combine garlic, sauce, oregano, and olive oil. Spread mixture evenly over pizza dough. Top with cheese, then anchovies.
3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is brown around edges.
