This yummy fish a la grecque swept me off my feet, I bet it will do the same to you. If you have plenty of fish on hand then recipe is the thing to make. Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 , peeled and sliced
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Fresh fish fillets 1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)
  Tomatoes 2
  Safflower oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Water 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Pepper To Taste
  Fresh parsley 45 Milliliter, chopped (3 Tablespoons)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Grease a casserole dish.
2 Preheat the oven to 350°F'(180°C)

MAKING
3 In the bottom of the prepared dish, arrange potatoes and onions.
4 Neatly arrange the fish fillets on top.
5 Cover with sliced tomatoes.
6 In a bowl, mix together oil, water, pepper and parsley.
7 Pour over the casserole.
8 Bake for 30 minutes (or micro wave on HIGH 8 minutes).

SERVING
9 Serve hot.
