Charcoaled Fish

Ingredients
  Fish steaks 2 Pound
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seed 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cognac 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

Place steaks in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour sauce over fish and let stand for 30 minutes, turning once.
Remove fish, reserving sauce for basting.
Place fish in well-greased hinged wire grills.
Cook on a barbecue grill about 4 inches from moderately hot coals for 8 minutes.
Baste with remaining sauce.
Turn and cook for 7-10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and sesame seeds have browned.
