Fish Florentine

Ingredients
  Frozen breaded fish 6
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Frozen welsh rarebit 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)
  Bacon slices 6 , crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled
Directions

Fry fish according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
In medium saucepan stir together spinach, rarebit, water chestnuts, and bacon; heat through.
Spread spinach mixture in a 10x6x2-inch baking dish.
Top with fish portions.
Bake, uncovered at 350° till heated through, about 10 minutes.
Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
