Deep Fried Fish

Ingredients
  Crushed soda crackers 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), smashed and chopped
  Curry powder 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Celery seed 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sole fillets 4 Large
  Seasoned flour 375 Milliliter (1.5 Cups)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Pepper To Taste
  Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix crackers with garlic, curry powder and celery seed; set aside in bowl.
Cut fish into strips 1/2 in (1.2 cm) wide.
Throughly coat in flour.
Dip fish strips in beaten eggs, then in soda cracker crumbs.
Season well with pepper.
Deep-fry in hot oil for 2 minutes.
