Microwave Poached Fish
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped|
|Parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon, dried|
|Ground thyme||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Fish||2 Pound, frozen|
1. Combine all ingredients except fish in2-quart(12 x 7) glass baking dish.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 16 to 18 minutes or until boiling. Strain broth and return to baking dish. Arrarge fish with thick edges toward outside of dish. Cover with plastic wrap and continue cooking on HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
