Grilled Or Broiled Fish Steaks

Ingredients
  Swordfish steaks 4 (1 1/2 Inch Thick)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemons 2 , quartered
Directions

1. Preheat the broiler or prepare a grill.
2. Rub the swordfish steaks with oil and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
3. Place the steaks about 3-4 inches from the heat source and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side.
