Crispy Fried Fish
|Prepared french mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon (French's Brand)|
|Seafood seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon (French's Brand)|
|Fish fillets||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Mashed potato flakes||16 Ounce (French's Big Tate Brand)|
|Shortening/Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs), melted|
Beat together eggs, mustard, parsley, and seafood seasoning.
Dip fish in the mustard mixture; roll in potato flakes.
Fry in hot oil or shortening 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily and is golden brown
