Anchovy And Caper Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), cut in half
  Canned anchovy fillets 2 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In small skillet or saucepan over medium heat, in hot olive oil, cook garlic until golden. Remove skillet from heat; discard garlic. Into oil remaining in skillet, stir anchovies, capers, and lemon juice until mixed, then stir in minced parsley.
