Anchovy Bites

Ingredients
  Frozen puff pastry 35 Ounce, thawed (1 Package/489 Gram)
  Canned anchovy fillets 2 Ounce (1 Can/ 56 Gram)
  Egg yolk 1 , beaten
  Sea salt 3 Teaspoon
Directions

On a floured surface, roll out pastry dough 1/4 inch (5 mm) thick.
Cut out 2-1/2-inch (6-cm) rounds with a fluted cutter.
Place a halved anchovy fillet on half the dough rounds.
Brush edges of each round with egg yolk; join rounds together in pairs, sealing edges Well.
Brush tops with egg yolk; sprinkle with salt.
Sprinkle a baking sheet with cold water; arrange rounds on dampened baking sheet.
Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden
