Fried Fish Fillet With Egg And Oyster Sauce Part 2 – Preparing The Dish

I don't know if this recipe already exist and has name. I just invented the name.
Ingredients
  Fish fillet 600 Gram
  Egg 1 , scrambled
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Corn starch 3 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)
  Young corn 150 Gram
  Carrots 100 Gram
  Holland beans 100 Gram
  Beancurd/Tofu 400 Gram
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2
  Ginger powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oyster sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sliced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Medium)
  Chopped garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan, meanwhile, season the sliced fish fillet with salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder and mix well. Add the scrambled egg and mix well again, spoon in the corn starch and mix again until fish is finely coated.

Once olive oil is hot, fry the bean curd or tofu until golden brown and set aside.

Using the same cooking pan, replace the olive oil with cooking oil, deep fry the fish for 3 minutes and set aside.

Final phase, heat 2 tbsp. of olive oil in the pan and saute the onions and the garlic. Add the young corn, the water, the oyster sauce and simmer for 3min then every 3min of cooking add respectively the carrots, the Holland beans and red bell pepper, the fried fish and the fried bean curd, leave it sweat for additional 3min and serve.

This is part 2 of fried fish fillet video series. Here the chef shows simple step by step instructions to combine fried fish (which she showed in part 1 of this series) with oyster sauce and veggies. A nice recipe, but better flow of instructions could have had a higher impact.
