Lemon Broiled Fish
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Lemon juice from concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Fish fillets||1 Pound, thawed (Fresh Or Frozen)|
Combine margarine and juice.
In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley and 1/4 cup of the lemon mixture.
Add paprika to remaining lemon mixture.
Dip fish into paprika mixture; broil until fish flakes with fork.
Top with bread crumb mixture.
Return to broiler; heat through.
