Baked Fish Steaks With Anchovy Butter
|Anchovy paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped chives/Parsley / dill||2 Tablespoon|
|Fish steaks||3 Pound (Tuna, Halibut, Swordfish, 1 Inch Thick)|
In a small pan, melt the butter with lemon juice, anchovy paste, and chives, parsley, or dill.
Lay steaks on baking pan.
Brush tops with half the butter mixture.
Bake at 400° F for 10 minutes, basting once.
Fish should just flake.
Cook a few minutes longer if better-done fish is preferred.
Pour remainder of butter over fish.
