Llme Butter Basted Fish Steaks
|Swordfish steaks/Halibut steaks||2 (Each About 3/4 Inch Thick)|
1. Prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing.
2. Meanwhile, from 1 lime, grate 1 teaspoon peel and squeeze 1 tablespoon juice. Slice remaining lime; wrap with plastic wrap and reserve for garnish. Into small metal-handled saucepan, measure lime peel, lime juice, butter or margarine, savory, salt, sugar, and paprika.
3. Place fish on grill over medium heat; cook about 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Meanwhile, place saucepan with butter mixture on grill; heat, stirring occasionally, until butter or margarine melts.
