Peppery Cod Steaks

|Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

|Red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1. In 1-quart casserole or bowl, combine onion, red pepper, celery, chili sauce, salad oil, crushed red pepper, salt, and garlic powder; cover with casserole lid or large plate. Cook at high (100% power) 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir sauce, then cover and cook at medium (50% power) 3 minutes to blend flavors.
2. Arrange fish steaks in 13" by 9" baking dish;
cover dish with waxed paper. Cook at medium high (70% power) 9 to 10 minutes, just until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, rotating dish a half turn after 4 minutes.
