Flsh Fillets With Anchovy Sauce
|Olive oil/Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), halved|
|Canned anchovy fillets||2 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Flounder fillets/Ocean perch fillets||1 Pound (Fresh / Frozen, Thawed)|
1. Make sauce: In small saucepan over medium-high heat, in hot olive oil, brown garlic. Remove saucepan from heat; discard garlic. Stir in anchovies, parsley, and lemon juice.
2. Meanwhile, preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. Grease broiling-pan rack on rack, arrange fish fillets; sprinkle with pepper; brush well with some anchovy sauce. Broil 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Arrange fish on warm platter. Pour remaining sauce over fish.
