Broiled Stuffed Sardines
|Anchovies||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Capers||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Breadcrumbs||150 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Onions||125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)|
|Chopped parsley||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely sliced|
|Milk||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Creamed butter||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Stuffed olives||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Sardines||2 Pound (900 Gram)|
|Vegetable oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
– Preheat oven to broil.
– In a bowl, combine all ingredients except sardines and oil.
– Spoon stuffing into sardines, then place them, well spaced, in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
– Baste with oil. Broil each side for 5 minutes, on the middle rack of the oven.
– Place in serving dish and serve.
