Ingredients
  Anchovies 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Capers 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Breadcrumbs 150 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Onions 125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)
  Chopped parsley 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely sliced
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Milk 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Creamed butter 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Stuffed olives 75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Sardines 2 Pound (900 Gram)
  Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Preheat oven to broil.
–  In a bowl, combine all ingredients except sardines and oil.
–  Spoon stuffing into sardines, then place them, well spaced, in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
–  Baste with oil. Broil each side for 5 minutes, on the middle rack of the oven.
–  Place in serving dish and serve.
