  Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Salmon steaks 4 (3/4 Inch 2 Cm Thick)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finley sliced
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 4 Teaspoon
  Basil 2 Teaspoon
  Mint 1 Teaspoon, trimmed
  Tomatoes 8 , peeled and cut into wedges
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

–  Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
–  In a skillet, heat oil and cook salmon steaks over medium heat for 2 minutes each side.
–  Bake in oven 8 to 10 minutes depending on thickness of steaks, then remove from oven, place in a serving dish and keep warm.
–  Using the same skillet, combine garlic, onion, and herbs and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring, then add tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and cook for 4 minutes. Place salmon steaks in a serving dish. Pour the sauce around the fish and serve
