Low Cal Pike Fish Sticks

Ingredients
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Pike fillets 4 , cut in sticks
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chervil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chives 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a skillet, heat oil and saute pike sticks for 3 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper, then place in serving dish and set aside.
–  Using the same skillet, melt butter, then add herbs, cook for 1 minute, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour mixture over fish sticks and serve.
