Deep Fried Fish Sticks

Ingredients
  Oil 5 Milliliter (1 tsp)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 ml)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 ml)
  Egg 1
  Milk 125 Milliliter (1/2 cup)
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (180 ml)
  Soda biscuits/Corn flakes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crumbled (125 ml)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (5ml)
  Frozen fish sticks 450 Gram
Directions

–  In a deep-fryer, heat oil to 400 °F (205 °C).
–  In a bowl, combine oil, paprika, baking powder, egg and milk. Add flour, soda biscuits or corn flakes, and salt. Stir.
–  Coat fish sticks with this mixture, then drop into deep-fryer and fry until golden. Drain well and serve with tar-tare sauce.
