Caesar's Fish

Ingredients
  Flounder fillets 1 Pound
  Prepared caesar's salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Round buttery cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place fillets in lightly greased casserole dish.
Drizzle Caesar dressing over fillets.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top of fillets.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
