Fish Fillet In Foil
|Unsalted margarine||4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Sole/Snapper fillet||1 Large|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried marjoram||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Mushrooms||4 Medium, sliced thin|
|Green onions||2 , chopped fine|
|Ripe tomato||1 Small, cored and chopped|
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cut a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to enclose the fillet.
Lightly grease the foil with 1 teaspoon of the margarine.
Place the sole fillet in the center and sprinkle with the lemon juice, marjoram, and pepper.
Arange the mushrooms, green onions, and tomato on top and dot with the remaining margarine.
Fold the foil over to seal.
Place the packet on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
