Fish Fillet In Foil

Fish fillet in foil is a herbed fish recipe. Prepared with mushrooms and vegetables, the fish fillet in foil is a cooked in a foil. Seasoned to taste with a hint of lemon juice to taste, this fish recipe can be made with sole or snapper fillets.
Ingredients
  Unsalted margarine 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Sole/Snapper fillet 1 Large
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 4 Medium, sliced thin
  Green onions 2 , chopped fine
  Ripe tomato 1 Small, cored and chopped
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cut a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to enclose the fillet.
Lightly grease the foil with 1 teaspoon of the margarine.
Place the sole fillet in the center and sprinkle with the lemon juice, marjoram, and pepper.
Arange the mushrooms, green onions, and tomato on top and dot with the remaining margarine.
Fold the foil over to seal.
Place the packet on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
