Fish Fillets! Once you have your fish fillets cooked according to this recipe then you will simply not eat any other fish preparation. Try this wonderful Fish Fillets recipe.
|Fish fillets||2 Pound|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Cut fillets into individual portions, and soak three minutes in milk to which salt has been added.
2. Drain, and roll in dry bread crumbs.
3. Place fish on a greased baking dish, dot with 2 tbsp. butter, and bake.
