Crunchy Baked Fish

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound
  Finely crushed cheez it crackers 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Low fat salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Catalina)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix crackers and parsley.
Brush both sides of fish with Catalina dressing.
Coat one side of fish with cracker mixture.
Place fish, cracker side up, on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, until fish flakes easily with fork, 10 to 15 minutes.
