Mackerel In Cider

  Mackerel 2
  Cider 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Steep the mackerel in the cider overnight. (The acid in the cider counteracts the oil in the fish.)
Dry the fish, make 3 diagonal gashes on each side, and broil.
