Fish Au Gratin
|Fish||1 Pound, flaked (Boiled / Steamed / Canned)|
|Grated cheese||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Parsley sauce||3⁄4 Pint (Fresh / Packaged)|
|Dried breadcrumbs||3 Tablespoon, dried|
|Cooked mashed potatoes||1 Pound (Freshly)|
Mix the fish and sauce and make sure it is well seasoned.
Make a border of the mashed potato on a fireproof dish; pour the fish mixture into the centre and sprinkle the cheese and crumbs over it.
Dot with a little margarine and brown under a hot grill or in a hot oven.
