Fish Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Fish 1 Pound, flaked (Boiled / Steamed / Canned)
  Grated cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Parsley sauce 3⁄4 Pint (Fresh / Packaged)
  Dried breadcrumbs 3 Tablespoon, dried
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked mashed potatoes 1 Pound (Freshly)
Directions

Mix the fish and sauce and make sure it is well seasoned.
Make a border of the mashed potato on a fireproof dish; pour the fish mixture into the centre and sprinkle the cheese and crumbs over it.
Dot with a little margarine and brown under a hot grill or in a hot oven.
