Smoked Fish Hot Pot

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 3⁄4 Pound, smoked
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 3⁄4 Pound, skinned
  Bacon rashers 4 (Thin Ones)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Ounce
Directions

Put the fish in a greased pie dish and cover with the tomatoes, sliced.
Sprinkle with pepper and dot with the butter.
Add the water and cover with the rashers of bacon.
Bake until the fish is tender.
