Smoked Fish Hot Pot
|Fish fillets||3⁄4 Pound, smoked|
|Tomatoes||3⁄4 Pound, skinned|
|Bacon rashers||4 (Thin Ones)|
Put the fish in a greased pie dish and cover with the tomatoes, sliced.
Sprinkle with pepper and dot with the butter.
Add the water and cover with the rashers of bacon.
Bake until the fish is tender.
