Sunshine Fish Fillets
|Fish fillets/Red snapper||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Grated orange peel||2 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Dash|
1. Arrange fish fillets in a 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish.
2. Melt butter in a small glass bowl in microwave oven (about
30 seconds at High). Add remaining ingredients, mix well and spoon over fish. Cover with waxed paper.
3. Cook in microwave oven 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes at High, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork; rearrange fillets halfway through cooking period.
