Buttered Fish Fillets
|Whitefish fillets||1 1⁄4 Pound|
1. Melt butter in a 1-cup glass measuring cup in microwave oven (about 30 seconds at High).
2. Arrange fish in an 8-inch square or a 2-quart glass baking dish, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 3 to 4 minutes at High, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
