My Favorite! Fish Cooked In Milk! This super delicious fish preparation shouldn€™t be missed at any cost. Try it and you will believe me when I say that Fish Cooked In Milk is addictive!!!
Ingredients
  Fish 2 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seasoning To Taste
Directions

1. Cut the fish ready to serve or use fillets or steaks.
2. Soak in heavily salted cold water for five minutes.
3. Place fish in boiling milk; simmer until well cooked.
4. Prepare a sauce with the milk using the butter and flour. Season well.
