Fish Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Corn flakes 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), ground
  Cooked fish 2 Cup (32 tbs), crumbled
  Hard boiled eggs 1 , sliced
  Sweet red pepper 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a saucepan, melt butter.
Fold in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually blend in milk, stirring until sauce thickens.
In a 5 cup (1.25 L) ovenproof dish, spread half the corn flakes.
Add fish, egg slices and bell pepper.
Coat with sauce.
Cover with remaining corn flakes.
Dot with butter.
Bake in oven 20-30 minutes.
