You will make this Steamed Dried Fish again and again. This Steamed Dried Fish was an instant hit and almost better than the dried fried fish I used to make earlier. Cook today!
Ingredients
  Dried fish 1 Cup (16 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
  Root ginger slice 2
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cut dried fish in 3/4 inch strips. Rinse in cold water; then place in a shallow atproof dish.
2. Shred ginger root and arrange over fish. Sprinkle with oil.
3. Steam 15 to 20 minutes
