Fish Kabobs- I simply love these skewered fish rubbed with pepper and lemon juice seasonings as an entrÃ©e. Try these Fish Kabobs and let me know if you like them.
|Haddock fillets||2 Pound|
|Green peppers||4 , cut into pieces|
|Onion||1 Small, sliced|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Oil||2 Tablespoon (For Brushing)|
1. Cut the fish fillets into pieces.
2. Soak the fish in the marinade for 2 hours.
3. Alternate the fish, tomatoes, and green pepper on skewers. Grill while turning for about 4 minutes. Brush with the oil while on the grill.
