Ingredients
  Fish 400 Gram
  Malt vinegar 50 Milliliter
  Red chili 10 Gram
  Coriander seeds 5 Gram
  Cloves 5
  Black pepper corn 10 Gram
  Garlic 15 Gram
  Rice 1 Kilogram
  Coconut milk 100 Milliliter
  Sugar 10 Gram
  Toddy 150 Milliliter
  Yeast 10 Milliliter
  Grated carrot 50 Gram
  Grated cucumber 50 Gram
  Jeera 2 Gram
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped tomato 100 Gram
  Chopped onion 25 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Lime 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped cilantro 5 Gram (coriander leaves)
Directions

Method: -
-Wash fish fillet and apply the Rachado paste and marinate for 1hrs.
-Soak the rice for 2 hrs and then grind into a smooth batter by adding half water and half coconut milk add sugar, salt and yeast and allow fermenting for 8 hrs.

-Grate the cucumber and carrot, heat oil add jeera and curry leaves and pour over the koshimbir, season koshimbir finish with limejuice.
-Chop tomato, onion, coriander leaves. Add lime juice and season salsa
-Steam sanas, and pan fry fish to plate.
