Fishball Mixture is a good recipe to start with, if you are out on a venture to try your hand at Chinese fish recipes. Since the first trial, I have made this Fishball Mixture for many years now. Take note of it and do prepare!
1. Mince or grind fish.
2. Beat eggs; extract ginger juice. Add to fish along with salt, pepper and cornstarch, and sherry. Blend well.
