Just like its name, this Simple Pan Fried Fish is indeed simple. One of myfavorites simply because of its ease to prepare. You will like it!
1. Prepare fish as in steps 1 and 2 of Basic Braised Soy Fish.
2. Heat oil. Brown fish quickly on both sides over high heat.
3. Reduce heat to medium and fry fish until done (about 5 minutes on each side). Remove from pan. Sprinkle generously with soy sauce
